为活跃团员青年的业余文化活动，提高各单位之间的交流，省直团工委决定举办省直单位“创先争优英语培训和竞赛活动”。

培训阶段：省直团工委聘请专业外教进行英语口语集中培训，培训项目分中级班（逢周日晚7：30－9：00）和高级班（逢周一晚7：30－9：00）。
