<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />8月4日上午，我院召开了《南海一号》研讨会，著名粤剧大师红线女，省文化厅副厅长景李虎、艺术处副处长（主持工作）于万东，省艺研所所长梅晓，丁凡等我院领导班子成员，老院长何行及顾委会专家关国华、小神鹰、关青、黄壮谋、何新荣、关淑初等，《南海一号》相关主创人员及主要演员参加了会议。

会上，领导、专家一致表示《南海一号》题材新颖、剧情合理、人物各有特点、编导手法创新，是一部值得继续打磨、有潜力成为粤剧品牌的剧目。红线女老师更希望在明年能把该剧带到北京去演出。在充分肯定《南海一号》的同时，与会同志也提出了不少中肯的意见和建议，希望该戏经过修改、提高，打造成为能代表广东文化强省艺术水平、在全国唱响的粤剧精品。
