广东粤剧院是广东省文化厅直属的事业单位，是粤剧界规模最大、综合实力最强的艺术表演团体，被誉为粤剧的最高艺术殿堂。根据《广东省事业单位公开招聘人员办法》（广东省人民政府令第139号）及《关于做好省事业单位人员聘用工作有关问题的通知》（粤人社发[2010]15号）规定，决定在2011年应届毕业生和社会人员中公开招聘，公告如下：

一、 薪酬待遇
聘用人员为事业编制，执行国家和广东省政策规定的薪酬待遇。
二、 招聘程序、办法
（一） 报名
1、报名条件：
（1）遵守中华人民共和国宪法、法律、法规；思想品行端正，职业道德良好。
（2）报考年龄。应届毕业生中专生25周岁以下，大学本科生在26周岁以下，硕士、博士研究生35周岁以下。社会招聘初级职称以下演员、舞台技术员35周岁以下；打字员、化妆员40周岁以下。年龄计算时间截至<?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />
（3）学历要求。应届毕业生学历指普通中高院校全日制毕业生取得的学历；社会人员学历指除应届毕业生外，取得国家承认的学历。
（4）身体健康。
（5）涉嫌违法违纪，正在接受审查尚未作出结论的，或由其它不符合事业单位招聘条件的人员，不得应聘。

4、开考条件：招考岗位数与报名人数按1:2的比例。如达不到比例则不开考。广州市外人员需符合广州市入户条件。
（二）资格审查
报名时，应聘者须提交以下资料到我院人事室进行资格审查：身份证、户口本、省教育厅的学历和学位鉴定书、职称证书等有效证明的原件及复印件，以及《广东省事业单位公开招聘人员报名表》一式两份、二寸近期同版免冠照片2张。应届毕业生还要同时持学生证、《应届学生就业推荐表》或学校开具的有效证明、办理暂缓就业的毕业生还要同时持《暂缓就业协议》的原件及复印件。符合条件者，发放准考证。网上报名者我院将按照报名条件对报名者进行资格初审，并将以电子邮件或电话方式通知符合报名条件的人员到我院人事室进行资格复审及领取准考证或面试通知。
（三） 考试
考试由我院于7月上旬组织进行，具体时间、地点另行通知。招聘演员、音乐伴奏员岗位的考试采取面试的方式进行，面试成绩为考试总成绩，考试实行100分制，总成绩60分为合格分数线，成绩低于60分不予录用；其他岗位考试采取先笔试后面试的方式，笔试合格者进入面试，考试实行100分制，60分为合格分数线。笔试按60%、面试按40%的比例计入考试总成绩。考生凭有效准考证按规定的时间到指定地点参加考试。
1、笔试
笔试主要测试公共基础知识、专业理论知识。根据笔试成绩从高分到低分排序，按照实际人数进入面试。笔试成绩和面试人员名单于笔试结束后7个工作日内在省人力资源和社会保障厅门户网站和广东省文化厅公众服务网（http://www.gdwht.gov.cn/）公布。
2、面试
面试考生必须于面试前半小时持身份证及面试通知（准考证）到达面试现场候考，抽签确定考试顺序。未按时报到或面试考生中途擅离考场视为放弃考试。
面试测试业务技能、综合能力。每人15分钟表演、展示。表演、展示完毕接受考官提问，当场公布成绩。成绩计算到小数点后一位。
我院成立面试考官小组负责评审。面试考官小组由主管部门、院有关领导、相关专业的专家组成，人数为奇数，不少于5人。
（四）体检
体检由我院根据拟聘人数和达到合格分数线考生的考试成绩，从高分到低分等额确定体检人选，按照《广东省事业单位公开招聘人员体检实施细则（试行）》（粤人社发[2010]382号）执行。
（五）组织考察（考核）
我院将组织考察小组对体检合格者进行考察，按照《广东省事业单位公开招聘人员考察工作实施细则（试行）》（粤人社发[2010]276号）执行。
（六）确定拟聘人员、公示
考察、体检合格者经我院公招领导小组会议确定为拟聘用人员，并将拟聘人员同时在广东省人力资源和社会保障厅门户网站公示7个工作日。如因体检、考察不合格出现拟聘岗位空缺的，将按规定在考试成绩合格的同岗位考生中，从高分到低分进行等额递补，并按规定对递补者进行体检、考察。
（七）办理聘用手续
拟聘用人选名单经公示无异议的，我院将按有关规定办理聘用手续。
三、 有关问题的说明
（一）应届毕业生是指2011年毕业和办理暂缓就业的全日制普通高、中等院校生。对未能按时毕业并取得学位者，所签聘用协议将自动失效。
（二）应聘者报名时提供的有关材料必须真实、准确。提供虚假材料者，一经查实，一律取消考试资格和成绩，已签的聘用协议无效。
（三）本公告及考试成绩、聘用结果都将在广东省人力资源和社会保障厅门户网和广东省文化厅公众服务网上发布。有关招聘事项，可登陆广东粤剧院网站（www.gdyjy.com）“剧院动态”栏查询。
